My family was lucky enough to be paired with Dorian after inquiring about our first home tour. He made the entire process easy to understand and always followed through on our inquiries. During our first home tour, Dorian provided us with information about the buying process, and helped us with getting pre-qualified for our future home. He was very attentive to our wants and needs of a home, often taking notes on what was important to us from our favorite spaces, lot size and deal breakers. He helped reduce stress and tension during our buying process by keeping all parties calm during the inspection and financing phases. He was also available at early and late hours and was always very accomodating to my rotating work schedule. Dorian came well equipped for home tours by bringing shoe covers, flashlights, and when available, home owner notes and past utility bills.
