Saybrook is a village in southeast McLean County, Illinois, United States. The population was 693 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Bloomington–Normal Metropolitan Statistical Area.Known by locals as the "City of Shade and Water," it is believed to be named in honor of Old Saybrook, Connecticut.
