Hey there! Here’s a little about me to help you get to know me better.

My father’s family is from the Central Missouri area. My mother’s family is originally from Hungary. They also lived in Germany for a while, before immigrating to the United States.

I was born and raised in the small town of Alexis, in West Central Illinois. 

After graduating, I spent time in the Marines, until I was in a bad car accident, in which I sustained several serious injuries, including broken ribs, a broken jaw, retinal hemorrhaging, and a skull fracture. After spending months in recovery, I left the Marines, and I started selling insurance door to door which helped me learn invaluable sales lessons.

After getting an Associate’s Degree at Carl Sandburg College in Galesburg, I moved to Bloomington to continue my education at Illinois State University, and began working in the Information Technology world at State Farm, where I’ve been for 25 years.

I’ve always been entrepreneurial, but after dabbling in a few different fields, my focus landed on the world of real estate. I quickly specialized in helping people become homeowners through a Rent to Own model when they couldn’t buy a home through the traditional mortgage route.

As I cultivated my expertise in real estate, I also started mastering the art and science of helping people sell their homes for the maximum return on their investment, as well as helping people find their dream home.

I love to help others, and I love to help others learn about things that are helpful to them in their own lives.

I now specialize in both helping others sell their homes quickly and at a great price, and also helping people become homeowners through less traditional routes, such as Rent to Own (Lease Option) and Contract for Deed (Seller Financing).

I enjoy helping to make the process simple and enjoyable for others.
